HISD schools offer a strong academic foundation through high-quality instruction and programs tailored to student needs. In this section, you can learn about our instructional model and core academic offerings. Our goal is to prepare every student for success in school and beyond.
Our campus proudly offers a STEAM Enrichment Program that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning across Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Fifth grade students participate in an 8-week NASA education program, and through our partnership with the Arboretum, students have the opportunity to visit in both the fall and spring for real-world learning experiences.
