Special Education

At our STEAM Magnet School, we are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. Our Special Education programs are designed to meet the unique needs of every learner through differentiated instruction, personalized support, and collaboration with families.

  • PALS serves our Pre-K students who receive special education services, offering a nurturing, structured environment that supports early communication, motor, and academic skills.

  • TREK provides support for students with emotional or behavioral needs while ensuring access to the general education curriculum through targeted interventions and inclusive practices.

  • SLC-Alt (Structured Learning Class – Alternative Curriculum) supports students who benefit from a highly individualized setting, using a modified curriculum aligned with their abilities and learning goals.

  • Resource Program offers support to students accessing the general education curriculum with accommodations and modifications. Through a combination of push-in services and small-group instruction, students receive the help they need while remaining part of the broader classroom community.
