At our STEAM Magnet School, science is all about curiosity and discovery. Our students explore the natural world through hands-on investigations, experiments, and real-world problem-solving. From life cycles in kindergarten to robotics and environmental studies in upper grades, we spark a love of learning by encouraging students to ask questions, test ideas, and think like scientists.

Technology is more than just devices—it’s a tool for creativity, communication, and innovation. Students gain digital literacy skills across all grade levels, learning everything from keyboarding and coding basics to using educational software and design tools. Our technology-rich classrooms prepare students to thrive in a digital world while supporting learning across every subject.

Engineering challenges our students to think critically, work collaboratively, and design innovative solutions to everyday problems. Through the Engineering Design Process, students plan, build, test, and improve their ideas using a variety of materials. Whether it’s building bridges, designing roller coasters, or creating prototypes, our students are becoming real-world problem solvers.

Art is an essential part of our STEAM identity. We integrate visual and performing arts into the curriculum to nurture creativity, imagination, and self-expression. Students learn fundamental art techniques while exploring connections between art and other disciplines, such as geometry in design or storytelling through multimedia projects. Every student is encouraged to find their artistic voice.

Mathematics at our school is active, meaningful, and connected to the real world. Students develop strong foundational skills while learning to analyze data, identify patterns, and solve problems. Through interactive lessons, games, and STEAM projects, students apply mathematical thinking in practical ways, preparing them for success in higher learning and life.
